About Our Doctor: Dr. Sandra Mackey was raised in Oklahoma and earned her Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Upon licensure, she joined into partnership with an experienced optometrist. In 2005, Dr. Mackey began her private practice and continues to serve the needs of the Tulsa community.
